As an administrator I especially like your internet based system for communicating the 'plan of care.' This is very helpful for our billing department. Prior to using American Home Care we were not billing for the coordination of care services our physicians provided. Now we are able to bill for the certification and re-certification of the plan of care with minimal work on the part of my billing staff. Physicial paperwork is also greatly reduced as they are able to sign-off for the plan of care using their desk computer.
