American HomeCare's Home Health Aides work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to bring patients an increased sense of independence while attending to certain health and personal care needs. These include assisting patients with all activities of daily living.
American HomeCare's Home Health Aides must pass a written competency test as well as a skills demonstration prior to being considered for a position. All Home Health Aides are required by law to undergo criminal history checks as a condition of employment.
